We do not charge annual or routine maintenance fees, nor do we markup charges on third-party maintenance services. Best of all: Each of our homeowners has a single point of contact for ALL of their home management needs—their dedicated Property Manager.
Housekeeping and Linens
Our goal is to impress every guest with industry-leading quality of service in every corner of the home. Each Rockstar property is assigned a dedicated housekeeping team who cleans the home after every guest check out, allowing them to become intimately familiar with the features that make it unique. Linens and towels (included at no additional cost) are freshly laundered to hospital standards and provided for each reservation.
