Canopy Ridge is located in the Chalet Village area of Gatlinburg, a popular mountainside community known for its serene setting, wooded surroundings, and convenient access to town. This area offers the perfect balance of privacy and proximity to local attractions.
From Interstate 40, take Exit 407 toward Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Follow the Parkway (US-441) through Pigeon Forge and into Gatlinburg. From downtown Gatlinburg, follow signs toward Chalet Village. The drive is scenic and becomes part of the mountain experience as you make your way up.
All roads leading to the cabin are paved and well maintained. As with most mountain areas, you’ll encounter winding roads and gradual inclines as you approach the property. These are typical for the Smokies and are easy to navigate once you’ve driven them once or twice. A vehicle is strongly recommended for getting around comfortably.

Mountain roads can be winding and steep, especially at night or during rainy or winter conditions. We recommend driving cautiously and checking weather conditions during your stay.
Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are limited in this area and may not always be available, particularly in the evenings or peak seasons. Taxis are also limited.
For convenience, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and attractions are easily accessible by car once you’re off the mountain.

– To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.
– There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer sheets are not provided.
✹ Access is easy-breezy. Self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door – you will have your own unique access code, good for the duration of your stay.

Welcome to our home! We’d like to take a moment to share our House Guidelines which are designed to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort for all our guests! These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming space for everyone.
• Minimum age requirement for booking is 21 years old.
• No unauthorized guests or parties allowed.
• No smoking, illegal substances, or vaping inside the unit. Smoking incidents will result in a $250 charge plus additional cleaning fees. The air quality is remotely monitored.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors. No excessive noise from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Dog Policy: We charge $150 pet. Message us prior to your stay if you’re bringing a dog, as we’ll need a bit more information. As fellow pet lovers, we ask:
– Keep pets off furniture and bedding.
– Pets must be house-trained.
– Please pick up and dispose of all waste.
• Follow hot tub safety guidelines. We are not responsible for accidents due to improper use.
• Kindly place trash in the bear-proof cage outside and ensure it’s locked to prevent wildlife from accessing it. Do not leave bags of food or trash outside.
• We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
• Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per half-hour after 10 AM to compensate for our cleaner’s time.
• At check-out, we kindly ask for your cooperation: secure your trash, wash or load dishes into the dishwasher, and clear food from the fridge. We’ll take care of the rest.
Please know that any confirmed violations of these rules may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund, along with fines for additional guests, community rule breaches, extra cleaning, and property damage.
