Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, and multiple decks. You’ll also have access to the outdoor shower and private beach path. On-site parking available for two vehicles. Check-in is simple with keyless entry.
Ocean’s Edge sits along the scenic stretch of Island Drive in North Topsail Beach, a peaceful coastal community where the ocean is just steps away and life moves at an easy pace. You’ll wake up to the sound of the waves, take relaxing strolls along quiet streets, and enjoy direct access to the beach right across from the home.
Located near the south end of Topsail Island, this neighborhood offers the best of both worlds—tranquil surroundings with convenient access to local dining, shopping, and activities. Just a short drive south takes you to Surf City, where you can explore the pier, enjoy waterfront restaurants, and browse coastal boutiques. Head north or inland to Sneads Ferry, a charming fishing village known for its fresh seafood, local markets, and boating adventures.
Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or soak up every sunrise and sunset, Ocean’s Edge puts you close to everything that makes Topsail Island such a special destination.
You’ll have the entire unit by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
Exploring from Ocean’s Edge is simple and convenient. You’ll have private parking right at the home, and with the beach just steps away, there’s little need to go far for relaxation. When you’re ready to explore, Surf City’s restaurants, shops, and pier are a short drive down the island, while Sneads Ferry offers great local seafood and boating just across the bridge.
Most guests choose to get around by car, but the area is also perfect for scenic walks or bike rides along Island Drive with the ocean breeze beside you. For those traveling from afar, Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is about an hour away, and Jacksonville, NC is roughly a 30-minute drive.

If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. We will be able to confirm the night before your arrival.

**ESSENTIALS**
• Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. However, please bring your own beach towels.
• To help you get off to a comfortable start, we’re happy to provide starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These kits are intended for the first part of your visit. If you run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.
• There is a washer & dryer available in the unit for your use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided.
• For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds — regardless of the cancellation policy — will incur a 6% processing fee.
• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations except Airbnb.
Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.

We’d like to take a moment to share our house rules with you, which are designed to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay while also respecting our neighbors and taking care of our home. These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.
*No shoes in the home. Please leave them by the door.
*We request that you help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests by avoiding excessive sand inside the house. As we are located near the beach, sand can easily find its way indoors, and while we understand it’s unavoidable to some extent, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in minimizing it as much as possible. While we hate to charge our guests, if our cleaning team charges us an additional fee due to excessive sand that requires extra time and effort to clean, we may need to pass on this cost to you. We recommend shaking off any excess sand before entering the premises and using the outdoor showers to rinse off before coming inside. We also leave brooms and dustpans for your use. By doing so, you’ll help us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.
*No parties or illegal substances.
*No unauthorized guests. Unauthorized guests will be charged $50 per guest.
*Please observe quiet hours — 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
*We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turn over the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
*Please check out by 10 AM. Late checkout may result in a $50 charge per 30 minutes to compensate our cleaners’ time.
*Guests will be charged an additional $250 for any smoking incidents detected, plus any additional costs resulting from this violation. The home air quality is remotely monitored.
*It is important to disclose the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more guests than declared or if gatherings are held without approval, as well as any violations of our house rules, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund.
Dog Policy:
Message us prior to your stay if you’re bringing a dog, as we’ll need a bit more information. As fellow pet lovers, we ask:
*Keep pets off furniture and bedding. If you sleep with your dog, please bring your own sheets.
*Pets must be house-trained.
*Please pick up and dispose of all waste.
*If your dog tends to bark when left alone, please crate them or make other arrangements.
Checkout:
Please secure all trash in bags and place them in the outdoor bins. Wash any used dishes or load them into the dishwasher and start the cycle. Be sure to clear out any food from the fridge and freezer. We also ask that you place used towels in the washing machine and start a load before you go.
Please know that any confirmed violations of these rules may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund, along with fines for additional guests, community rule breaches, extra cleaning, and property damage.
