Moving into the heart of the home, the space opens into a magnificent vaulted great room anchored by a floor-to-ceiling geometric fireplace. Here, you’ll find a chef’s kitchen that is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, featuring a stunning waterfall island that seats four. Combined with the two adjacent dining tables, the home offers a massive communal dining space where up to twenty guests can sit and enjoy meals together.
Heading upstairs, the 4th Level is dedicated entirely to the expansive primary retreat—a private sanctuary designed for total relaxation. This sprawling suite features a plush king bed, a built-in bunk, and a cozy sleeper sectional. Access is easy-breezy. Self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door—you will receive a unique access code valid for the duration of your stay. Start your vacation the moment you arrive with no need to pick up keys.

Processing Fees: For non-Airbnb reservations, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee.
Verification: All guests with confirmed bookings are required to submit a valid ID and sign our Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to verify your booking.

Welcome to our Alpine Manor! We’d like to take a moment to share our House Guidelines which are designed to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort for all our guests! These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming space for everyone.
• Minimum age requirement for booking is 21 years old.
• No unauthorized guests or parties allowed.
• No smoking, illegal substances, or vaping inside the unit. Smoking incidents will result in a $250 charge plus additional cleaning fees. The air quality is remotely monitored.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. Please notify us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend.
• Pool, Hot Tub, & Sauna Safety: Please shower before use and ensure the covers are replaced on the hot tubs after each session to maintain temperature. No glassware is permitted in the pool or spa areas. Children must be supervised at all times. We are not responsible for accidents due to improper use.
• Kindly place trash in the bear-proof cage outside and ensure it’s locked to prevent wildlife from accessing it. Do not leave bags of food or trash outside.
• We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
• Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per half-hour after 10 AM to compensate for our cleaner’s time.
• At check-out, we kindly ask for your cooperation: secure your trash, wash or load dishes into the dishwasher, and clear food from the fridge. We’ll take care of the rest.
Please know that any confirmed violations of these rules may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund, along with fines for additional guests, community rule breaches, extra cleaning, and property damage.
Alpine Manor is located in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. While we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and regular pest control, you may occasionally see “seasonal mountain visitors” like Asian Lady Beetles (which look like ladybugs). These are very common in the area during cooler months as they seek sun-warmed spots and are a natural occurrence in the mountains. Please note that no refunds will be issued for reported ladybugs or Asian lady beetles, as their presence is a normal part of the mountain environment and outside of our control.
