Welcome to our home! We’d like to take a moment to share our House Guidelines which are designed to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort for all our guests! These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming space for everyone.
• Minimum age requirement for booking is 21 years old.
• No unauthorized guests or parties allowed. No pets allowed.
• No smoking, illegal substances, or vaping inside the unit. Smoking incidents will result in a $250 charge plus additional cleaning fees. The air quality is remotely monitored.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Follow hot tub safety guidelines. We are not responsible for accidents due to improper use.
• Kindly place trash in the bear-proof cage outside and ensure it’s locked to prevent wildlife from accessing it. Do not leave bags of food or trash outside.
• We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
• Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per half-hour after 10 AM to compensate for our cleaner’s time.
• At check-out, we kindly ask for your cooperation: secure your trash, wash or load dishes into the dishwasher, and clear food from the fridge. We’ll take care of the rest.
Please know that any confirmed violations of these rules may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund, along with fines for additional guests, community rule breaches, extra cleaning, and property damage. We are always available to answer any questions you may have about our house rules as we want to make sure that you feel informed and have a wonderful stay with us!

This location is hard to beat! 1 Mile from The Parkway and so close to Dollywood that at times you can hear the Steam Engine Train Whistle! Guests have said, ”The cabin is somehow both extremely close to the attractions in Pigeon Forge and very quiet and private. The location is perfect – Dollywood parking is less than 10 minutes away, and you can be in Gatlinburg in 15 minutes.” No steep roads to Navigate, prime location, price, and quality give this 3/2 cabin advantage over most right now. Cabin is in great condition, turn key and ready to rock!

– To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.
– There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer sheets are not provided.
