Guests have full access to the entire cabin and all of its amenities during their stay. This includes all indoor and outdoor spaces, the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, laundry area, decks, and everything provided for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The home is yours to enjoy!
The cabin is located in the peaceful Homestead in Wears Valley community—an upscale mountain neighborhood known for its privacy, views, and relaxing atmosphere. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to unplug and enjoy nature, while still being within a 25–30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Quiet, scenic, and close to adventure.
You’ll have the entire unit by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
The cabin is tucked away in a peaceful mountain setting, so having your own vehicle is the best way to get around. There’s no public transportation in the area, and ride-shares like Uber or Lyft can be limited or unavailable—especially during late hours or in more remote areas.
Most popular spots like Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are all within a 25 to 40-minute drive, depending on traffic. We recommend downloading offline maps or pinning key locations ahead of time, as cell service can be spotty in the mountains.
The cabin is easily accessible via Wears Valley Road (US-321) and local mountain roads leading into the Homestead in Wears Valley community. From here, you’re about 10–15 minutes from US-321, which connects directly to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

– Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience.
– To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.
– There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer sheets are not provided.
✹ Access is easy-breezy. Self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door – you will have your own unique access code, good for the duration of your stay.

For NON-AIRBNB reservations only, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee. Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.

Welcome to our home! We’d like to take a moment to share our House Guidelines which are designed to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort for all our guests! These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming space for everyone.
• Minimum age requirement for booking is 21 years old.
• No unauthorized guests or parties allowed.
• No smoking, illegal substances, or vaping inside the unit. Smoking incidents will result in a $250 charge plus additional cleaning fees. The air quality is remotely monitored.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Dog Policy: We charge $150 pet. Message us prior to your stay if you’re bringing a dog, as we’ll need a bit more information. As fellow pet lovers, we ask:
– Keep pets off furniture and bedding.
– Pets must be house-trained.
– Please pick up and dispose of all waste.
• Follow hot tub safety guidelines. We are not responsible for accidents due to improper use.
• Kindly place trash in the bear-proof cage outside and ensure it’s locked to prevent wildlife from accessing it. Do not leave bags of food or trash outside.
• We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
• Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per half-hour after 10 AM to compensate for our cleaner’s time.
• At check-out, we kindly ask for your cooperation: secure your trash, wash or load dishes into the dishwasher, and clear food from the fridge. We’ll take care of the rest.
Please know that any confirmed violations of these rules may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund, along with fines for additional guests, community rule breaches, extra cleaning, and property damage. We are always available to answer any questions you may have about our house rules as we want to make sure that you feel informed and have a wonderful stay with us!
