Step onto the deck as the Smoky Mountains catch the last gold of sunset, the hot tub already bubbling and string lights flickering on. Down in the game room, an air hockey match is heating up while someone claims the arcade high score. Your dog curls up at your feet — this ridge-top retreat welcomes the whole crew, furry members included. Dollywood is fifteen minutes away, but tonight, nobody’s in a hurry to leave this porch.
Ridgefield Paradise sits high on a ridge in the Sky Harbor community, where soaring ceilings and wall-to-wall windows pull the treetops and sky right into the living room. The outside world fades, the pace slows, and the only agenda is togetherness.
The open-concept living area is the heart of the cabin — a plush queen sleeper sofa, a flat-screen smart TV, and an electric fireplace that adds a warm glow on cool nights. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames the ridge views from nearly every seat.
The kitchen and dining space connect for family meals or quiet coffee as the mountains wake up outside the window. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, plus all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you need — a breakfast bar with stylish seating works for casual mornings and full dinners alike.
Two bedrooms give everyone a private landing spot: the main-level bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite full bath with a shower/tub combo, while the lower-level bedroom has its own queen bed, TV, and ensuite bath with a stand-up shower.
When laughter calls, head downstairs to the game room, where twin-over-twin bunk beds share space with an air hockey table and a multicade arcade machine — instantly the favorite corner of the house for kids, teens, and competitive adults. It sleeps two more, stretching the cabin to a comfortable 8 guests total.
Outside, the deck doubles as dining room and front-row seat to the Smokies. Gather around the outdoor table for dinner, rock as the ridgeline fades to dusk, or fire up the gas grill for a cookout. Then there’s the hot tub — bubbling, tree-framed, and open to sky. Whether it’s a starlit soak after Dollywood or a quiet morning dip, this is where the trip starts to feel like a vacation.
