Bringing the whole crew to the Smokies for leaf season? Three king suites, each with its own bath and deck, so nobody draws the short straw. Soak in the hot tub as the ridges turn gold. Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are about 15-20 minutes down the mountain. Book your fall dates now. The last stretch of road is steep and winding, so bring a vehicle you trust. Message us and we will tell you which suite fits your group.
Welcome to our home! We’d like to take a moment to share our House Guidelines which are designed to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort for all our guests! These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming space for everyone.
• Minimum age requirement for booking is 18 years old.
• No unauthorized guests or parties allowed.
• No smoking, illegal substances, or vaping inside the unit. Smoking incidents will result in a $250 charge plus additional cleaning fees. The air quality is remotely monitored.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Dog Policy: We charge $150 pet. Message us prior to your stay if you’re bringing a dog, as we’ll need a bit more information. As fellow pet lovers, we ask:
– Keep pets off furniture and bedding.
– Pets must be house-trained.
– Please pick up and dispose of all waste.
• Follow hot tub safety guidelines. We are not responsible for accidents due to improper use.
• Kindly place trash in the bear-proof cage outside and ensure it’s locked to prevent wildlife from accessing it. Do not leave bags of food or trash outside.
• We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
• Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per half-hour after 10 AM to compensate for our cleaner’s time.
• At check-out, we kindly ask for your cooperation: secure your trash, wash or load dishes into the dishwasher, and clear food from the fridge. We’ll take care of the rest.
Please know that any confirmed violations of these rules may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund, along with fines for additional guests, community rule breaches, extra cleaning, and property damage. The entire cabin is yours — kitchen, living areas, game loft, all three decks, the private hot tub, and the laundry room. Self check-in runs through a keypad smart lock on the front door, so there’s no key exchange and no coordinating arrival times with a host. You’ll receive your own unique access code good for the length of your stay, and early check-in may be available for a fee if the cabin is free — confirmed the night before you arrive. High-speed Wifi covers the whole home, from the game loft down to the lower-level bedroom.
Tucked inside gated Brothers Cove Resort in Sevierville, this cabin sits in quiet timber above the valley while keeping every big Smokies attraction within a short drive. Dollywood and Splash Country are about 15–20 minutes away — close enough for a full day of coasters and water slides without an early wake-up call. Pigeon Forge and The Island, with its go-kart tracks and dinner shows, are roughly 15 minutes down the mountain, and downtown Gatlinburg — candy shops, Ripley’s Aquarium, the aerial tramway — is about 25 minutes away.
The entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is around 40 minutes out, with trailheads and waterfalls. Closer to home, Brothers Cove Resort has a seasonal community pool and an on-site wedding venue — a gazebo lawn with mountain views guests often stumble onto. Barbecue joints line the Parkway toward Pigeon Forge, and reviewers regularly mention black bear sightings right from the porch — a bonus most didn’t expect.
You’ll have the entire unit by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
This cabin offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Located inside Brothers Cove Resort in Sevierville, you’ll have easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and nearby attractions—all within a scenic drive.

Free parking is included right on the property, with enough paved space for multiple vehicles — no permits, passes, or overflow lots to worry about. The driveway is a short, direct walk to the front entrance, though guests should note the final approach roads into Brothers Cove Resort are narrow and wind steadily uphill; most guests say it takes one trip to get comfortable with them. There is no dedicated EV charger on site.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM, giving our cleaning team turnover time to have the cabin spotless for the next group. Quiet hours matter here — this is a residential gated community, so please keep noise low after dark out of respect for neighboring cabins. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed and monitored, and the wood-burning fireplace does not include firewood, so bring your own if you’d like a real fire. Detergent and dryer sheets aren’t stocked for the washer/dryer. Starting November 1, all guests must submit a valid ID and sign a digital rental agreement through our secure software before arrival. We respond fast if you ever need anything.
