Five tall windows along the wall let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the coast, while the nearby dining and kitchen areas make it easy to stay connected with your group.
The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for all your cooking needs. It features light wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee station is ready for your morning brew, and there’s plenty of cabinet space for groceries and snacks. The kitchen’s open layout allows you to prep meals while still chatting with guests in the living or dining area—perfect for entertaining or casual beach-day meals. Just off the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats up to 12 guests, making it perfect for group meals and gatherings. The main dining table seats 6, while the adjacent kitchen counter includes 4 bar stools for casual dining. A small round table with 2 additional chairs provides extra seating.

As a thoughtful touch, we provide a starter pack of essentials including paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper for your arrival. Feel free to use them during your stay, and if you run out, additional supplies are easily available at nearby stores.
The easiest way to get around is by car. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft may be available, but can be limited, especially during peak times—so having a vehicle is recommended for convenience. Free parking is provided on-site. The beach is just a few steps away.

• Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. However, please bring your own beach towels.
• To help you get off to a comfortable start, we’re happy to provide starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These kits are intended for the first part of your visit. If you run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.
• There is a washer & dryer available in the unit for your use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided.
• We welcome up to 2 dogs with prior approval—please message us first before booking if you plan to bring your furry companions. A $100 pet fee per dog applies and will be collected separately after booking.
• For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds — regardless of the cancellation policy — will incur a 6% processing fee.
• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations except Airbnb.

You’ll have the entire unit by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
Located in a quiet residential area just a short walk from the beach, this home offers a peaceful coastal escape with the convenience of nearby attractions. You’re just a short drive from local favorites like Splash by the Sea, Seaview Pier Restaurant, and Shaka Taco. Visit the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center, explore the Surf City Ocean Pier, or enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding in the nearby sound. Whether you’re after seafood, souvenirs, or scenic strolls, it’s all within easy reach.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and private decks. You’ll also enjoy exclusive use of the private pool, hot tub, and on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles. The beach is just steps away, accessible via a private crossover right across the street. Entry is self-check-in through a secure, keyless entry system.
We’d like to take a moment to share our house rules with you, which are designed to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay while also respecting our neighbors and taking care of our home. These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.
– No shoes in the home. Please leave them by the door.
– We kindly request that you help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests by avoiding excessive sand inside the house. As we are located near the beach, sand can easily find its way indoors, and while we understand it’s unavoidable to some extent, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in minimizing it as much as possible. While we hate to charge our guests, if our cleaning team charges us an additional fee due to excessive sand that requires extra time and effort to clean, we may need to pass on this cost to you. We recommend shaking off any excess sand before entering the premises and using the outdoor showers to rinse off before coming inside. We also leave brooms and dustpan which you can use. By doing so, you’ll help us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.
– No parties and illegal substance.
– No unauthorized guests. Unauthorized guests will be charged $50 per guest.
– Please observe quiet hours – 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
– We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
– Please check out by 10 AM. Late check out may result to $50 per 30 minutes to compensate our cleaners’ time.
– Guests will be charged an additional $250 for any smoking incidents detected plus any additional costs resulting to this violation. The home air quality is remotely monitored.
– It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, as well as violation of our house rules, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
Dog Policy: Message us prior to your stay if you’re bringing a dog, as we’ll need a bit more information. As fellow pet lovers, we ask:
– Keep pets off furniture and bedding. If you sleep with your dog, please bring your own sheets.
– Pets must be house-trained.
– Please pick up and dispose of all waste.
– If your dog tends to bark when left alone, please crate them or make other arrangements.
Pool & Hot Tub Rules: Use of the pool and hot tub is at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving, running, or rough play. Please, no glass in the pool or hot tub area. Shower before entering, and replace covers when not in use. Guests assume all responsibility for safe use of these amenities.
Checkout: Please secure all trash in bags and place them in the outdoor bins. Wash any used dishes or load them into the dishwasher and start the cycle. Be sure to clear out any food from the fridge and freezer. We also ask that you place used towels in the washing machine and start a load before you go.
Please know that any confirmed violations of these rules may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund, along with fines for additional guests, community rule breaches, extra cleaning, and property damage.
