This wonderful, family-friendly condo offers extraordinary breathtaking oceanfront views from every room. Enjoy its two balconies as well as all the comforts of home. The living room features a leather recliner sofa as well as a second sofa with two built-in recliners and a 55-inch curved widescreen TV with premium movie channels. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with an LG smart fridge, stainless steel oven, stove, built-in microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The adjoining dining table seats up to five people while the breakfast bar seats two. All bedrooms have access to a deck to fully enjoy ocean views. Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer and wireless internet access. Plus, this modern condo offers guests access to the resort’s family-friendly amenities, which include an outdoor pool with access to Bum’s Cabana Grill that services lunch and drinks, a new arcade, basketball court, shuffleboard, a workout facility with a sauna, a new children’s playground, and BBQ grills in the courtyard. Feel free to use them during your stay, and if you run out, you can easily find replacements at nearby stores.
The easiest way to get around is by car. Ride-Sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available.

The availability of these amenities is subject to maintenance schedules and seasonal closures, which are beyond our control. We will inform guests of any closures as soon as they are announced by the HOA, but these closures will not result in any compensation. Thank you for your understanding!

We’d like to take a moment to share our house rules with you, which are designed to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay while also respecting our neighbors and taking care of our home. These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. – No shoes in the home. Please leave them by the door. – We kindly request that you help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests by avoiding excessive sand inside the house. As we are located near the beach, sand can easily find its way indoors, and while we understand it’s unavoidable to some extent, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in minimizing it as much as possible. While we hate to charge our guests, if our cleaning team charges us an additional fee due to excessive sand that requires extra time and effort to clean, we may need to pass on this cost to you. We recommend shaking off any excess sand before entering the premises and using the outdoor showers to rinse off before coming inside. We also leave brooms and dustpan which you can use. By doing so, you’ll help us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone. – No parties and illegal substance. – No unauthorized guests. Unauthorized guests will be charged $20 per guest. – Please observe quiet hours – 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. – We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. – Please check out by 10 AM. Late check out may result to $50 per 30 minutes to compensate our cleaners’ time. – Guests will be charged an additional $250 for any smoking incidents detected plus any additional costs resulting to this violation. The home air quality is remotely monitored. – It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, as well as violation of our house rules, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules. Please know that we are always available to answer any questions you may have about our house rules. We want to ensure that you feel informed and have a wonderful stay with us!
